For Corotú Oasis Residencial, a luxury residential project by Valor Development, we crafted a brochure-style landing page designed to present the property conceptually to their clients. The site acts as a digital proposal — communicating the project’s vision with clarity, elegance, and strategic pacing.

In addition to designing the site, we also crafted a visual brand refresh. This included refining the logo usage, updating the color direction, and selecting typography that reflects a clean, modern luxury feel — balancing softness with structure.

The layout emphasizes white space, immersive visuals, and concise, high-impact messaging. Built as a one-page scroll, the experience is curated to feel like a high-end property brochure brought to life — showcasing location, features, and lifestyle imagery in a compelling way.
